Dr. Taylin Sarkissian

Hi girls!

I’ve been a physical therapist for 7 years, and one of my favorite parts of this career has always been helping women feel confident and comfortable in their bodies again. I realized so many of my friends and clients were dealing with the same thing I was — hypermobile joints, recurring pain, and feeling unsure how to safely strength train or stay consistent with workouts.

As someone with hypermobile knees and lower back issues myself, I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body constantly feels unstable or painful. What I’ve learned over time is that consistent strength training has been the key to keeping my body strong, supported, and pain-free.

I created The Stability Studio to help other women learn how to move confidently, build strength safely, and finally feel in control of their bodies again.
